ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS - Early Childhood Course
Admissions process cannot be completed until we have received:
CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE
At the time of your initial personal evaluation, you will be asked to provide information regarding any previous education and / or training you have. At your interview, it will be ascertained whether you qualify for a reduction or credit in the program. An evaluation of the content of each subject found in the Montessori Notebooks from a previous training center will determine credits granted. It is understood that the student is accepted for the entire program.
OPTION OF AUDITING THE COURSE
Teachers or Individuals wishing to take only Theory / Lecture Classes for the purpose of studying the relevance of Montessori to Traditional Education are welcome. By taking one subject at a time and paying for each subject separately, these students are considered auditors with no requirement of examination and consequently with no transcript at the end of the subject, only a certificate of attendance.

- A High School Diploma or its equivalent and a Minimum age of 18 years.
- Candidates, for Center for Montessori Educators Pre-School Provisional Certification, need not hold a college degree. A High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Candidates, for Center for Montessori Educators Pre-School Certification can hold a college degree in any field.
- Previous teaching experience or a background in education is not required.
- Personal interview with a course Director.
- No testing is required for admission to take any of the subjects of this course.

- Two official copies of your college or high school transcripts
- A copy of any Montessori diploma that you currently hold.
